In contrast to classical mixing machines a suspension mixing machine seperates the chemical-physical production process of the concrete into three single steps. The classical process mixes all ingredients together at the same time. The chemical reaction between water - binder -additive has to be in a great mass of supplements- and fillers, which makes it time intensive and risky, especially for high quality concrete.

Through the splitting of the processing steps for the production of the concrete a lot of advantages can be achieved.
